Individual Therapy

One to one therapy and counselling 

For  any individuals wishing to improve self-awareness,  experiencing emotional distress, mental health needs, trauma, individuals with specific needs such as Autism Spectrum, Intellectual Disability and/or any other needs. 

Sessions are up to one hour. 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday's

Frequency generally weekly or fortnightly. 

no limit to number of sessions 

Private, NDIS or other organisational funded all welcome. 

Group Sessions

These are bookings for organisations that wish to engage in regular group therapy. Sessions tailored to the specific group needs. Minimum 8 participants

Groups may be, but not limited to:

Frequency can be ongoing or one off sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If the participant is a non-attendance for scheduled appointment or makes a short-notice cancellation, which is less then 48 hours before the scheduled booking, then Absolute Minds will charge 100% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment.  For other cancellations, where the participant has provided notice of cancellation between 48 to 72 hours before the scheduled service, the provider will charge 50% charge for scheduled fee.

Where Absolute Minds needs to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, illness or other operational reasons, Absolute Minds will reschedule at no penalty to either party and will endeavour to give the maximum amount of notice time possible.

Unfortunately, like many services I have a waiting list. I work though my waiting list to offer ongoing weekly/fortnightly sessions /appointments. Please contact me if you wish to be on my waiting for appointments when it is open. Please note: It is usually only open for a brief time so be prepared to contact me.  

On my Facebook Page I will put up any upcoming appointment availability, suitable for infrequent sessions for self care, connection and mental well-being.
